He was born July 16, 1939 to James and Irene Harr in Chicago Heights, Illinois. He graduated from Waukegan High School in 1957. He had retired from Outboard Marine Corporation after 30 years as a draftsman.
Terry enjoyed country dancing, playing cards, hunting and an occasional visit to the casino. He was most passionate about fishing at his lake house with family and friends.
Terry is survived by his wife of 56 years, Nancy J. Harr (Clarke); brother Robert Harr (Connie); his children Debbie Russell (Phil), Linda Warren (Joe), Wendy Tanneberger (Scott) and David Harr (Cristie); 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation 11:00am until time of Funeral Service 1:00pm Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Marsh Funeral Home, 305 N. Cemetery Road, Gurnee, IL.
