Vickie R. Myers

She was born February 28, 1958 in Waukegan, IL and later moved to Bloomington, IL where she was a cook at Bromenn Hospital for over 20 years. She returned to Waukegan to be closer to her niece and nephew and pursued a career in medical office services. Vickie was an avid Bears fan and also had a passion and gift for cooking which she shared often with those lucky enough to know her.

Vickie is survived by two brothers, Greg Myers of Laguna Niguel, CA and Merlin (Gloria) Myers of Beach Park, IL as well as the loves of her life, nephew Chris Myers and niece Emily Myers. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents William and Mary Myers

Visitation will Monday, May 11 from 5-8 pm and Tuesday, May 12 from 10-11 am at Marsh Funeral Home in Gurnee. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 12 at 11 am at Marsh Funeral Home. Burial at Ascension Cemetery
