Beloved husband of the late Saralee Avery, devoted father of Adina Avery Grossman and her husband Harman, Lisa Avery-Peck and her husband, Alan; loving grandfather of Gabrielle, Lev and Hannah Avery-Peck, Eil and Zoe Grossman, dear brother of Mimi Kohn.

Service 10AM Tuesday at Beth El Synagogue Center, 1324 North Avenue, New Rochelle, NY.

Interment to follow in Sharon Gardens Cemetery, Valhalla, NY.

Funeral service will be held at Beth El Synagogue Center, on Tuesday, May 26, 10:00AM. Members of the Avery family will be returning to Beth El Synagogue Center for shiva, 3:00-6:00PM.

Shiva will continue at the homes of Cantor Avery's daughters, Adina and Lisa, according to the following schedule:

WEDNESDAY, MAY 27

7:30 am-Shaharit at Adina's home

After morning Minyan, Adina and Lisa will be traveling to Lisa's home in Framingham MA, and will sit there together Wednesday evening and Thursday morning.

Adina will return to Teaneck to resume shiva at her home according the following schedule:

Minha/Maariv at 8:00 pm. Shiva until 10:30 pm.

FRIDAY, MAY 29

Shaharit 7:30 am. Shiva until 3:30 pm.

SATURDAY, MAY 30

9:00 pm - 11:00 pm Shiva

SUNDAY, MAY 31

Shiva all day. 9:00 am Shaharit. 8:00 pm Minha/Maariv.

MONDAY, JUNE 1

7:00 am Shaharit. Shiva until 9:00 am.
