Carole was the embodiment of calm, poise and dignity. Elegant and composed, she brought care and intention to everything she did - whether creating a beautiful home, preparing a meal, or caring for those she loved. Everything she touched was done thoughtfully, correctly, and with love.
Born in Orange, New Jersey, Carole attended Syracuse University, where she met her beloved husband, Harvey. Together they built a life grounded in partnership, family, and enduring commitment. They shared many cherished years on the water, where Carole was a natural navigator - steady, intuitive, and assured - guiding their course with quiet confidence. In the same way, she helped chart the course of their life together, bringing a sense of calm, direction, and purpose to all who traveled alongside her.
She began her career as a teacher and later devoted herself to raising her children, whom she loved deeply. In later years, she worked alongside Harvey at their business and then together at Staples until her retirement.
Carole is survived by her husband, Harvey; her children, Stephen (Betty), Deborah, and Francine (Quentin); her sister, Barbara; her grandchildren, Tyler, Morgan, Meredith, and Samantha; and many loving nieces, nephews, and her cherished grand-dog Max. She was predeceased by her parents, Samuel and Mitzi, and her sister, Sandra.
Carole will be remembered for her quiet strength, beauty, and the love she gave so fully. Her presence will continue to be felt by all who knew her.
