Mrs. Millman always had a smile on her face here at Fitness19. Occasionally she would recognize a past student and even remember his/her name. She will be missed dearly.

Mrs Millman, who in later years demanded that I call her Elaine (and I never could), was a special friend to my family from the beginnings of Lockhaven Drive in 1956!. She will be missed dearly, but will always be a part of my life.

Elaine Millman was a legend. She had a dynamic personality that she shared with her students. She was a remarkable early childhood educator...the children loved her and so did their parents. She will be missed.
Our sincere sympathies to Herman and the whole Millman family.

We will miss you Elaine so very much. You enriched our lives from your special attention to make our son feel so very special from Kindergarten to now , winning a Lindy Dance Contest with my daughter in the 1970's, and coming to all of our events over the years. As an actress, we know that you are already rehearsing for the "second act" up there !

Dearest Mrs. Millman, A fixture in my life since she took over as my Kindergarten Teacher at Woodside School 45 years ago. Always full of spirit and always a joy to run into over the years. There will be an abscence in River Vale without her. We know she is dancing & singing in Heaven !

When I first moved into the neighborhood Mrs. Millman visited me 5 times in one day - bring coffee, tea, cups, cookies...
I won't forget her bicycle rides, sunning herself in the front lawn (while my husband and I sometimes joined), calling us at 12:30am on New Years eve while at the same time waving to us through the window. She never forgot my birthday. Amazing amazing spirit and her love was abundant. I shall never forget her.

Mrs. Millman was a special lady who enriched the lives of her students. She had an unusual zest for life. She never forgot her students and their families. They became part of Elaine's life, too. My daughter was in Elaine Millman's kindergarten class 28 years ago! (Elaine even roller skated at my daughter's birthday party!) Over the years, Elaine often called us--- she even planned trips to visit my daughter in college and law school. Elaine was fun, sincere and honest. We all enjoyed her humor and talents.
Our deepest sympathy to Elaine's husband and family. We wish you the very best during this difficult time.

Dear Herman and family,
Stay strong and be thankful for the great and wonderfully long life you shared with her. Be grateful you were all there as family as she passed on. She will always be in your heart.
