Our deepest sympathy  to Chickie, his beloved wife of 41 years and his devoted daughters whom he loved unconditionally.  Herb was a rare individual. His warmth, love of family and friends will remain with us always. RIP Herb with our love and beautiful memories.You will be missed!!! Never forgotten!!!!

My deepest sympathy to my sister Chickie on the passing of her beloved husband; also to his daughters Jill and Amy.  Herb was a wonderful man.  He will be missed by many and remain in our prayers.

My son, Mark, is married to Herb's daughter, Jill.  Herb was an exceptional man, a great "machatin" to my late husband, Norman, and me, and a fabulous father-in-law to Mark.  Norman and I spent many happy times visiting Herb and Chickie in Weston and the Villages, as well as many holidays with them and the rest of Herb's family.  

Herb epitomized the definition of "mensch".  He was warm, generous, brilliant and compassionate.  Herb's memory will live on and he will not be forgotten.  

Rest in peace, Herb.

Good Morning Family, I am not sure when any of you will see this but I just wanted to extend my sincere condolences to all of you.  May you be blanketed in peace and may the strength of the love you shared with Dr. Holtzman throughout the years keep you steady and fortified as you walk this season.
