Larry Jacobson, 91 years old passed away on October 15, 2022 in Tenafly, NJ. Larry was born in Chicago, the son of Jack and Dorothy Jacobson. He spent many years in New Orleans, LA and Aventura, Florida before moving to the NYC/NJ Metro Area. He was a proud veteran of the US Army and a paratrooper during his service time.
After leaving the military he spent many years in the food industry, developing his own spice company before selling same to the Nestle Company.
Larry was pre-deceased by his late wife Beverly Asher Jacobson to whom he was married for more than 60 years and is survived by his daughter Caren Zisk, his son Terry Jacobson [Tamara], his grandchildren Ali Tankard , Lindsay and Anthony Scianna and Chelsea Rosen and his great grandchildren Kayla, Liam, Avery, Madelyn, and Layla.
A Memorial Service will take place on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at 4PM at Gutterman and Musicant Jewish Funeral Directors, 402 Park Street, Hackensack, NJ
