

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, the son of the late Isadore Mandelblatt and Dorothy Glickman Mandelblatt.
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, he was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court.
He was a veteran of the Korean War, having served in the U.S. Army for two years before his honorable discharge.
He was active in Masonic affairs, serving as Master of Palestine Lodge #111 in Montgomery Twp., NJ. He served as Senior Grand Deacon on the Masonic Grand Staff, 1991-1992. He was a dual member of both Palestine Lodge#111 and Philo Lodge #243, the latter located in South River, NJ.
He was a member of B’nai Tikvah Congregation in North Brunswick.
Mr. Mandelblatt was employed as an attorney for the Internal Revenue Service for 32 years. He was an attorney supervisor for 27 years, and for the last 19 years, he supervised Federal Estate and Gift Tax lawyers in central and southern NJ.
He shared his love of boating and golf with his family and friends.
A son, David I., and wife Joyce, predecease him.
He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Lowell A. and Michelle, and grandchildren Danielle and Dylan.
