

He is survived by his beloved wife of 72 years Lynn[Evelyn], his devoted daughters Carol Shalom and her husband Alan, and Ann Kritzer, his adoring grandchildren Kevin Kirstein, Karen Bergman [Ryan] and Logan Badin and great grandchildren Andrew, Shawn and Karlie-Ella as well as Alan's children, Kira and Todd, and granddaughter, Jessa

Martin was a distinguished and polished gentleman of high quality who was loved by everyone who met him. He had a sense of humor that maintained itself and him until the very end of his life. His hobbies included being an avid reader of books and magazines, a yachtsman who built his own yacht, loved being a captain of his own boat and a member of the Nassau Yacht Club in Freeport, NY. His other interests included but were not limited to his antique cars, his fabulous tennis playing, he had hands of gold and could repair anything and even built a den onto his own house in Long Island. In his profession he was very successful and recognized by the Jewelry Industry of NY as their Man of the Year.
