Beloved husband of Brenda Millman, who predeceased him by only few weeks.

Cherished son of the late Sylvia and Alex Millman.

Loving father of Natasha Millman-Fitterman and son in law David Fitterman.

Dear brother of Edward P. Millman and sister in law Laraine Millman.

Loving grandfather to Diana and Raina Fitterman.

Born in New York, New York, and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he resided in the Astoria section of Queens, New York for 30 years. He received a Ph.D in Physics from New York University. He was a scholar of mathematics, physics and science. A true intellectual, he was a Professor of Mathematics prior to retirement. He was passionate about teaching and adored his many students, many of whom became his lifelong friends and colleagues.

His hobbies included spending time with his cherished wife, Brenda, his beloved brother, Eddie, his daughter Natasha and son in law David and twin granddaughters Raina and Diana. He also enjoyed solving mathematical calculations, reading, classical music, building and flying intricate model airplanes, traveling, and playing Bocci in the park.

The most important things to him were education, in particular mathematics, physics, astronomy, and science, and his family.

Funeral services will be held at Wellwood Cemetery on May 13, 2020.
