Abraham and Sandra Bailey,

Richard Poliner was the Treasurer of the Bethlehem Township Club for approximately two (2) years.  He was very happy to assist the membership in managing our financial records and did a wonderful job.  He will greatly be missed by me and all of its members.   Rest on Richard.

Your earthly service has been completed.  Now it's time for your eternal duty to continue. Praise and Worship with God and the Angels! What an honor...well done!

Richie was my welcome wagon when I moved from Tenafly New Jersey to Bethlehem township New Jersey... Some 29 years ago 
In short order we learned that we shared Teaneck New Jersey for a portion of our lives unbeknownst to each other 
Always engaging ... with an eye contact that showed he was truly interested in whatever conversation we engaged in 
Shakespeare's seven stages of a man certainly applied to Rich 
Musician teacher banker artisan 
Artisan he produced wonderful music with his hands 
Musician in a
 photo op of his early career... His group could have been the cousins to Buffalo Springfield
New Jersey State Bank analyst... He digested complex banking protocols as easily as I a bagel 
As a teacher... In between jobs he volunteered to teach I believe math in a local school 
Rich was blessed with many innate gifts which he worked hard to improve and readily shared his enjoyment of them with other people
The poet Auden.... In Funeral Blues expresses the Heart's lament in losing someone Dear.... Clocks were to stop as my Heart did upon learning of Richie's passing.... I wish and hope to pass through Auden's despair and enjoin in the celebration and the memories which Richie imparted to me .... freely given freely received 
Rich...  you'll be truly missed and most wonderfully remembered...

I am so sorry to lose Richie.  I was the original lead guitarist of his 1970s band Ruby & the Dykes and we remained friends all these years.  I last spoke with Richie only two weeks ago.  I am shocked and deeply saddened by his passing. Richie was a perfectionist in all he did, but he had  heart of gold as big as all outdoors.  I loved him.  Now he joins our original drummer (Lou "Fingers Zeno - the most primitive man on earth" Reda) and our original bass player (Clarence "Jeep" Toledo).  I hope they're having a musical reunion and any bad feelings are long gone.  Richie made our band to be the best Jersey band to come out of the '70s (sorry Springsteen and Bon Jovi, but it's true).  Any time I was around Richie was always a blessing,  and so may his memory be a blessing to his family and friends.

Thank you brother Rich for your musical wisdom and for helping me to stay on the right keys and for your long conversations, i just wish I could of known you longer you are a very blessed man you surely will be missed,  heaven got a awesome musicians.

Thank you for your wisdom shared to me & my family, and thanks for being a good brother in the faith.  You will sorely missed my friend. I pray that you're playing the most amazing sounds now with your most desired musicians.  I now know what a hurdy gurdy is because of you. Your conversations and presence will definitely be missed.

He will be deeply missed.
