Rob and I grew up as kids in middle school and remained friends and in touch well into our 20s until my wife and I moved from New Jersey. 

Rob was a friend in the true sense of the word.  When Rob started Evergreen Landscaping, I worked with him for some time. But even after moving onto other opportunities, we kept in touch.

I decided to reach out to Rob today. My wife was checking to find Rob’s current address when she came across his obituary. I can only say we were devastated. 

Rob my friend. We will always remember your infectious laugh and huge smile that you couldn’t help reciprocating when he smiled.  

Call your friends that you may not have spoken to in a while. We wish we had.

Our thoughts and prayer go out to Rob and all his family and friends.
You will be missed my friend.

Man did we have fun talking and laughing about people and things that happened in town. Still can’t believe your not keeping watch on the block.

He was a long time Friend.  He was also my Landscaper.  Robert was the best Landscaper  in the universe.  He took such pride professionalism love and dignity in 
his craft.  I just loved talking with him has he would pull up on my property and share his visions. .  I truly honored respect& loveRob.  May You rest in Heaven until we meet again!!!

Dear Laura and Steven:
We are so sorry to hear of Robert's passing.  Your family has a special place in our hearts and we have so many memories from our days at HHS and on Anderson Street.  Our prayers are with you and all of Robert's loved ones.  May he rest in peace. God bless.

My deepest sympathy to the Schwartz family. Just saw Rob a couple weeks ago. We spent many days hanging out talking about our recollection of the city and it’s future growth.

Rob was a good ole soul and I’m sure our Lord God has him with him alongside doing his landscaping. RIP my friend. I will certainly miss you.

My heartfelt condolences to Laura, Steve & their families.   I am deeply saddened at the passing  of my lifelong friend.  Rob & I met the first day of first grade.  He was like a brother to me.  I still can't believe that I'll never see him again, it hurts my heart so much.  In our younger days, we had many adventures together, times I will never forget.  We always had each other's backs.  I will carry him in my heart forever.  Rest in peace, my friend.
