It is a delayed but with heartfelt sadness we offer our condolences on the loss of your your beloved  mother, Sandy.  Your father, Shelly and your  mother came back into our lives after 50 years.  Gene and Shelly grew up together in the Bronx in the late 1940s and 50s.  Playing basketball daily and holding up the streetlight at the corner.  They were best friends.   After 50 years your Dad contacted us through the Military Academy at West Point.  It was a case of 50 years meant nothing, the deep friendship renewed. We are so grateful that for the past 15 years we’ve shared lunches, dinners, photos, phone calls and family stories.  Gene made sure after your Dad died to call your Mom frequently.  Our last conversation was when she was in Hospice.  Know that she loved you all deeply.  We are grateful they came back into our lives. We cherish their memories .

We were new to Palm Isles and both your parents were a big help to  us.  They were both very active in the community and dedicated in helping  others.  Sandy was a wonderful caring lady.  She will be missed.
