Shirley was born in Paterson before moving to Fair Lawn and then Reading, PA in 1960. Shirley was predeceased by her husband Morris of 43 years, owner of Reading Rayco Auto Interiors for over 50 years. Shirley was a past member of Kesher Zion Synagogue in Reading.
She is survived by her sons Robert Blacker and wife Debbie of Morristown, NJ, and Stuart Blacker and wife Margie of Short Hills, NJ, 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren."
