Marie L. Ritzenthaler (nee Koenig) passed away on Monday, July 16, 2012 at age 85. Preceded in death by her husband, Phil Ritzenthaler and her parents, August and Winnie Koenig. Survived by her children, Dave (Sue) Ritzenthaler and Sue (Phil) Herzog. Loving and proud grandma to Beth, Meghan and Katie Ritzenthaler and Adam, Ryan and Jacob Herzog. She will be missed by her brother, Karl (Early) Koenig and their family.
Marie was a long time secretary at Milwaukee Insurance.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Forest Ridge for loving care over the years and the staff of Golden Living Center, in particular, Trish and Ruth for their compassionate care of Marie. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Martin Luther High School or American Heart Association appreciated. Private Services will be held.
