Raymond Ariens

Raymond T. Ariens found peace on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at the age of 67. Beloved husband for 36 years of Veronica (nee Scaife). Beloved father of Kerri Gleesing (Jeff) and Monroe Ariens (Natalie). Adoring and nurturing grandfather of Logan Ray, Reese Rae and Rillie Rae Gleesing. Dear brother of Kathleen Ariens (Dan Celoni) and Mark Ariens (Pamela). Devoted son-in-law to Evelyn and the late George Scaife. Caring brother-in-law to Robert Scaife (Colleen), James Scaife (Mary), George Scaife (Betty), David Scaife (Michelle), John Scaife (Ann) and Tom Scaife (Susan). Further survived by many nieces, nephews, close relatives and friends.

A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, September 7 from 9:30 AM at St. Gregory the Great Church (3160 S. 63rd St.) until time of the Memorial Mass at 11 AM. Private interment at Mt Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
