Ruth Stevens

Ruth Emma Stevens (nee Hauke) Called into Eternal Life on Monday, January 23, 2012 at age 89. Preceded in death by her son Robert Jr. (the late Mary) Stevens. Beloved wife of 69 years to Robert Stevens Sr. Loving mother of 4 boys: Randall (Cheryl), Richard (JoAnne), Roger (Marsha) Stevens and the late Robert Jr. Proud grandma of Robert III, Lori, Sheri, Tara, Katie, Ben, Eric, Matt and Amy. Great grandma of Ashley, Drew, Eva, Sydney, Lizzy and Isla. Foster mother of countless. Dear sister-in-law of Beatrice Hauke and Norman Stevens. Further survived by neighbors, Mike and Kathy Brackett, other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service for Ruth will be held in spring at St. John's Lutheran Church officiated by Pastor Pres Hoffman. In lieu of flowers, Memorials to St. John's Lutheran appreciated. Special thank you to the entire staff at The Lutheran Home for their care of Ruth.
