Born in Digby, a daughter of Glenn & Esther (Theriault) Dunn.
A brilliant mind, a beautiful soul, an unbreakable spirit, Cara fought a long, hard 2 year battle with breast cancer. Milo, her beautiful boy was the saving grace and will be her legacy for many years to come.
She is survived by her husband; Simon Sankey and their 20 month old son, Milo Alan Sankey; her sisters Cindy Dunn, Jennifer Gray, her brother Aaron Dunn; her nieces, Alexi, Camryn, Sophie; and her nephews Michael, Justin and Nathan.
We welcome family and friends to the funeral service, which will be held at 1pm on Friday 20th April, 2012 at the Digby Baptist Church.
Cara's wishes were that in lieu of charitable donations or flowers, a donation can be made to an education fund for Milo through the Royal Bank Canada - account # 00003-003-5196605.
