Harris, Cecil John (Jack), 89, died August 25, 2014 in Halifax at the QEII Heath Science Center - VG site. Born in Montreal, a son of the late Clayton and Margaret (Monteith) Harris. He had been with the CNIB for many years. A Graveside Commital Service will be held 9:30 AM Friday at Fairview Lawn Cemetery, Halifax.
