Such a wonderful woman and what lovely memories I have of Connie. She and Gordie were good friends of my Dad and Mom (Karl and Shirley Wolfe) and thus I knew them for many years. In later years, my husband David and I joined them and others at the Newfoundland Club in Burnside. A group of truly great friends as well as co-workers from N.S. Armature Works in Halifax. Our sympathy to Connie's family.

Only when she was 97 years young did I have the great privilege of meeting Connie. It was a joy to have known her, if only briefly. Her positive outlook upon life was an inspiration. May she rest in peace.
