Dolly was an avid reader, she loved to play Bingo and watch Coronation Street. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grand-children. She is survived by her loving children, Chuck (Brenda), Penny (Jeff) and Scott (Sharon). She was a loving sister to Irma, Courtland, Marlene and Dale. She will be sadly missed by her grand-children, Brittany, Caitlin, Andre, Noah, Ava, Caiden, Jayden, Braydon, Stephen and Austin. Dolly was pre-deceased by her Husband Charlie, Grand-parents, Deacon Richard and Rita Symonds and Brother Denis. Visitation will be on Thursday evening from 6-8. Funeral service will be held on July 3, 10:00 a.m. at Cruikshank's Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor St. Halifax. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
