Thinking of you during this difficult time. Joyce is such an amazing person. I will always cherish the memories of her. I am very grateful for the time I spent in Halifax with all of you especially during my university days.  Joyce always made me fell like I had a home away from home to go to if I needed. ❤️

I was saddened to learn about Joyce's passing.  She was one of the first people I met in the PC Women's Caucus and because of our shared political and PEI roots, Coles Insurance became my car insurance company of choice and the staff were always a pleasure to do business with.  
Joyce and Keith were such stalwart supporters of the party and were two of the finest people you could ever meet.
I wish I could come to the service on Tuesday but am working, but you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Joyce was such a strong and determined individual; she will be long remembered and greatly missed.   I recall fondly the friendship which dates back many years.  I send my condolences and know  that hers was a life well lived!
