Cooper, Gary Gordon – 62, of Halifax, passed away peacefully January 6, 2012 at the Q E II VG Site with his loving family by his side. Born in Halifax. He was the son of Florence E (Quinn ) and the late Duffus G. Cooper. Gary enjoyed writing poetry as well as being a member of Veith house and also a member of Connections. He is survived by his brother Garnett (Marlene), Hammonds Plains; a niece Willow, Bedford. Visitation 2 – 4 pm on Monday January 9, with a Funeral Service 10 am Tuesday January 10, all in Cruikshank Halifax Funeral Home. Burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
