

Born in Halifax, he was the beloved son of George and Dorothy (Bonyman) Noseworthy.
Gary was a graduate of the Nova Scotia Agricultural College and worked for several years as a horticulturist at CFB Shearwater. Gary loved being out in nature; especially, in the peace and quiet of the early morning hours.
He is survived by his wife Dawn (Tedford) and son, Jason; Uncle Clyde (Sarah) Noseworthy; sister-in-law, Jacqueline Tedford-Kooy (Jake); sisters-in-law, Sherlyn Lewis and Judith Murphy; brother-in-law, Stephen Tedford; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by brother, Blaine; grandparents, Bertram and Oriel Noseworthy; Russell and Gladys Bonyman.
Gary spent many hours cycling and walking the Beechville, Lakeside, Timberlea Trail. He loved dogs and will be missed by his pals Phil and Rocco. Gary was always pleasant and personable with everyone he met throughout his life. He will be dearly missed by family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
Visitation will be held from 4 – 7 p.m. Thursday, April 25 at Cruikshank’s Halifax Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor St. Private family service following. Burial will be at a later date.
