Ganner, Judith Lynn, 67 of Dartmouth passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2013, in Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of the late Marjorie and Dick Beazley. Judy retired from the Department of Fisheries and Canada Post. Her true passion was her grandchildren and all of the moments spent smiling and laughing together. She loved family gatherings and holidays shared with her family and pets. She is survived by her daughter Michelle (Ian); Michelle’s father and friend, Rick; sister, Joan (Ashley); brothers, Richard (Muriel), Barry (Doreen), Greg (Ella); grandchildren, Mitchell and Kiersten; several nieces and nephews. Judy was predeceased by brothers, John and Brian. Funeral service will be held in Cruikshank’s Halifax Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor St. on Friday, September 6, at 1p.m. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
