I remember Aunt Shirley as forgiving, loving and gentle. Her family was her world. Shirley often shared stories about her sister, Allie (my mother), childhood stories of my mother's ability to sing and dance, the funny times they shared. Shirley always focused on the positive.

I will always remember and be grateful for the support Aunt Shirley provided during the time of Mom's illness. Shirley's presence was so important; Mom loved seeing her, reminiscing and laughing until the tears flowed.

Rest in peace, Aunt Shirley.

So many memories, from telling stories about what and who we had in common in Ellershouse, She loved to talk about her family and was so proud of each and everyone of them, we loved watching Law and Order together and she loved, loved , love to sing. I will miss her dearly, she is now singing with the angels.
