Trudy LeBlanc

Born in Huddersfield, England, she was predeceased by both parents, Bernard and Mary Agnes Tansey (Kennedy) and by siblings Bernard, Austin, Agnes, Gerard (Louie), Monica (Harold Green), Don (Mary) and Lawrence (Irene).

Trudy is survived by her sister, Margaret (Kenneth Huntley) and brother, Leo (Hannah); four children, Anne (Alan Mongraw), Greg (Sallie Storey), Jan (Matt Napier) and David (Patty); nine grandchildren, Matthew (Charlotte) and Ainsley Mongraw, Gregory, Laura and Sarah Napier, John, Mark, Michael and David LeBlanc and one great-grandchild, Bella Mongraw.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 from 6-8 pm at Cruikshank’s Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor Street, Halifax (423-7295). Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, March 2 at 11am from Canadian Martyrs Church, 5700 Inglis Street, Halifax. Reception will follow the service in the church hall. Burial will take place at a later date. Donations may be made to Chalice (www.chalice.ca) or to the charity of your choice.
