Monk, Wilfred (Bim), age 60, beloved son of the late Wilfred and Thelma Monk passed away at Halifax, NS on Sept 15, 2015. He is survived by sisters Grace Stevens, Marion (Sis) Fader, Anita (Micky) Harnish, Sylvia Flinn, Wanda (Hubba) Pace, Nancy Dams & Glenna (Penny) Emery and numerous nieces & nephews. Bim was a well-known auto mechanic who lived and worked in the north end of Halifax all of his life. He was a much loved brother and uncle who will be sadly missed by the extended Monk family. Service is on Sept 29, 2015 at 1:30 pm at Cruikshank’s Funeral Home, Windsor St, Halifax, NS followed by burial at the Gates of Heaven Cemetery, Lower Sackville, N.S. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
