Dancey, William Carlson – 58 of Halifax passed away suddenly at home September 24, 2011. Born in St. John’s, NL he was the son of the late Lewis C. and Audrey L. (Efford) Dancey. He was a Master artisan, goldsmith, creator and explorer. He touched so many people with his humor, curiosity and bright mind. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed. He is survived by his sister Allison Dancey and daughter Amelia Stoodley-Dancey; his best creation and pride of his life. He was predeceased by an infant brother. He will be affectionately remembered by his extended family and friends especially Holly and Austin, Joanne and Louise, Bradley, Aunt Ellen Fraser and Uncle Tom Efford. A gathering and visitation will be held Wednesday, September 28, 2011 2-4 and 6-8 in Cruikshank Halifax Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor Street. No memorial Service by request.
