Just found out today Roy passed away. My father spoke about how good of a boss Roy was every single time he spoke of a new boss he had, always comparing them to Roy because none of them could ever be as wonderful of a person as Roy was. My father talked about how Roy was an exceptional human being and unusually kind boss. Anyone who had the experience to know Roy was blessed. Roy set the bar for all other boss's to live up to but none of them ever could make their employees feel as rewarded as Roy made them feel with an Actual pat on the back for hard work. :) RIP World's Best Boss and just all around great guy to know.

It was a pleasure and joy to know and work with Roy Peters! He was a true gentleman thru' and thru'. I met him when I was working at Ket-Moy Printing and we were purchasing Allied Printing from him. He was probably one of the nicest, easiest people I have ever met, so easy to talk with and had such a pleasant personality and sense of humor. After reading his obituary I can see that he has left a lot of love here. Please hold that love close to your heart and know that he was loved and respected by so many others.

So sorry to hear about Roy. I was lucky enough to work for him at Allied Printing from 1970 thru 1996. He was the best boss ever!! So patient and generous to his employees. We were like family there. He gave me wonderful opportunities there and I never forgot that. Love to Janine and the family.
