

Amanda F. Hundley, 77, of Hamilton, went to her Heavenly reward on Monday April 6, 2015. She was born on February 26, 1938 in Fariston, Kentucky, the youngest child of Lloyd and Julia (McFadden) Fields. Amanda was a very caring and outgoing person who was a true friend and inspiration to all who knew her. A long-time devout Christian, she loved to sing in church and will now be singing with the angels. Amanda was a member of Cherry Valley United Baptist Church.
She was an active member of her community her entire life. She served as a past PTA President as well as a long-term Central Committee member and one of the current Sergeant-at-Arms of the Butler County Republican Party, an organization she loved and served for many decades. She was the Second Vice-President and Member Chair of the BCRWC. She worked for the Butler County Board of Elections and retired from the Butler County Sheriff's Office as TRIAD Coordinator.
Amanda was preceded in death by her husband Otis M. Hundley and brothers John, Estill, Raymond, Mahlon and Charlie Fields, and a special nephew, Randall L. Smith.
She is survived by her children, Lloyd (Patricia) Hundley, Pamela (Robert) LaGrow and Barbara Hundley.
Amanda's special blessings were her four grandchildren Laurel Hundley, Daniel Hundley, Sarah Hundley and Brandon LaGrow, who all adored her.
She is also survived by her sister Mayrine Smith and sisters-in-law Myrtle Hundley, Nadine Fields and Dorothy Campbell; and her nieces and nephews, Roger (Stephanie) Fields, Dennis (Florence) Fields, Connie (Mark) Carson, Veronica Harris, Tammy (John) Roberts, Julie (Russ) King, and David (Kristie) Fields. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, numerous other family members, and many close friends.
