Age 78 of Hamilton, passed away on Friday February 2, 2018 at Tri-County Extended Care. She was born on August 11, 1939 in Middlesboro, Kentucky, the daughter of the late William E. and Amanda (Lee) Ingram. On July 23, 1960 she married Norbert Barnes and he preceded her in death on November 18, 2015. Phyllis was a retired Executive Secretary having worked for the Hamilton Foundry and Beckett Paper. Phyllis is survived by her son, Jeffrey (Kathleen) Barnes; grandchildren, Christopher (Kara Gibson) Barnes and Julie Barnes and one great grandson, William James Barnes. Visitation will be held from 11am until 1pm on Thursday February 8, 2018 at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South “D” Street, Hamilton. Funeral Service will follow at 1pm at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Rose Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Phyllis’s name to the Animal Friends Humane Society 1820 Hamilton Princeton Rd, Hamilton, OH 45011.
