Billie Jean Felts, age 86 of Camden, passed away at West Chester Hospital on Thursday, July 27, 2017. She was born on February 2, 1931 in Cumberland, KY, the daughter of the late Pearl and Virgie (Hall) Dixon. Bille Jean was married to Elza V. Felts and he preceded her in death in 1988. She was a member of First Church of God Northside in Camden. Billie Jean is survived by her children, Roy “Doug” Felts, Marcella Felts and Barbara (Michael) Bastin; grandchildren, Chris (Tina), Daniel (Micaela), Amber, Tara (Timmy), Ida and Steven; numerous great-grandchildren; and siblings, Mildred Kirk and Henry (Judy) Dixon. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, James Felts; grandson, Roy; and siblings, Joseph Dixon and Norma May. Visitation will be held from 10am until 12pm on Monday, July 31, 2017 at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South “D” Street, Hamilton. Funeral Service will be at 12pm on Monday at the funeral home with Rev. David Oakley officiating. Interment will follow in Butler County Memorial Park.
