He was born March 24, 1964, in Norwalk, California, to the late Donald Cecil Price and Laura Loretta (Garrett) Price. Carl is survived by two daughters, Tricia (Jesse) Jones and Cassandra Price; several grandchildren; his brother, Harold (Diane) Zimmerman; and his sister, Donna Walter. He also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert Zimmerman and Gary Lee Zimmerman.
