Age 77 of Hamilton, passed away on Friday December 21, 2012 at Hospice of Hamilton. He was born in Hamilton on February 10, 1935 the son of the late David and Goldie (Bauer) Williams. On July 1, 1967 in New Miami, he married Naomi Ruth Watkins. Carl retired from the City of Hamilton as a supervisor of water distribution. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Naomi Williams; children, Vivian (Jake) Mills, Calvin (Edna) Williams, Dana (Megan) Garrett and Karen Jacobs; 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Mary Petree, Geraldine (Tom) Bell, Terry (Sandy) Williams and Darrell (Pam) Williams; nieces, nephews and many close friends. Carl was also preceded in death by his son Carl Williams, Jr., sister Pat Finamore and granddaughter Edna Mills. Funeral ceremony will be held at 1 PM on Thursday December 27, 2012 at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home with Rev. Jacob Flannery. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
