ERVIN, Charles E. age 53 of Cincinnati, passed away at Mercy Hospital on Thursday, November 7, 2013. He was born in Hamilton on May 13, 1960 to Ronald and America (Turner) Ervin. Chuck worked at the WalMart Vision Center for 11 years as an optician. He was a loving father and very devoted to his family. Chuck was an avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds, and though he enjoyed hobbies like the occasional round of golf, his favorite times were spent with his family and with his new grandson. His loyalty, warmth, and sense of humor will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, Tami Ervin; children, Robert Ervin, Jacob Ervin, Amberly (Greg) VanArsdall, Benjamin McCoy, Joshua McCoy, and Jaccob McCoy; mother, America Ervin; siblings, Mary Ann Ervin and Robert Ervin; grandson, Remy VanArsdall; and many other family and friends.
