Christopher Tipton, age 70 of Cincinnati, passed away on Monday, August 21, 2017 at his residence. Christopher was born on September 14, 1946 in Oneida, KY, the son of the late Hiram and Joyce (Stivers) Tipton. He had retired from the U.S. Army as a Linguist. Christopher is survived by his children, Tim (Elizabeth) Tipton, Becky (Chris) Crofford and Jeff Tipton; grandchildren, Kiley, Taylor and Joshua Tipton, Brenon, Sevahna, Kennedy and Keaton Crofford and Jakob and Brooklyn Tipton; sisters, Margaret Hogan and Jo Ann Patterson; the mother of his children, Karen Tipton; along with several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
