He was born on October 27, 1946 in Choccolocco, Alabama, to the late Clifford Sr. and Grace {Bassett} Hare. In Cliff’s spare time, he enjoyed fishing, woodworking, gardening and spending time with family. Cliff was a proud member of the United States Army. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn of 45 years; children, Shelly (Carl May), Melissa Smith, Blanche (Bryan Davis); grandchildren, Courtney, Bailey, Peyton & Brionna; sisters, Lilian (Tincey), Ann, Jane. Cliff was preceded in death by his siblings Jimmy, Sarah, and Edna. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 from 10:00am until 11:00am at Rose Hill Funeral Home, with a funeral service to follow on Tuesday at 11:00am. Interment, with military honors, will take place at Rose Hill Burial Park.
