Cora L. Walker

Age 76 of Franklin, formerly of Hamilton, entered into eternal peace on Thursday April 13, 2017 at the Cleveland Clinic. She was born in Whitesburg, Kentucky on December 20, 1940 the daughter of the late Riley and Levenia (Taylor) Sexton. Cora was a homemaker who loved cooking and spending time with her family. She was retired from Miami Carey in Monroe and attended Harvest Ranch Cowboy Church in Middletown. She is survived by her two children, Teresa Kohl and Ricky Watts; three grandchildren, Michael Kohl, Tabitha and Joshua Watts; two great grandchildren, Alexa and Aiden; siblings Wade (Cathy) Sexton and Bethel Rather; step-children, step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren. Cora was also preceded in death by five siblings. Visitation will be held on Wednesday April 19, 2017 from 10am to 12pm at the Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home with funeral ceremony to follow at 12pm with Pastor Bill Patrick officiating. Entombment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
