Dominic Scott Barrett, age 56 of Hamilton, passed away during his battle with cancer at home, on Friday, September 4, 2020. He was born on December 9, 1963 in Hamilton. Son of the late Franklin Delano and Delores Anne (Wilson) Barrett. Scott is survived by siblings, Douglas Barrett, Kimberly (Murden) Williams, Diane Frazier and Debra Shope; many cousins, nieces, nephews; and a great-niece Danielle Rae, whom he loved. His very special dog, that was his child, Sookie Sue. He is also survived by dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and brothers Gregory Barrett and Antonio Murden. He was employed at Republic Wire for many years. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2020 from 11am until 12pm at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South "D" Street, Hamilton.
