Dale “Matt” Sawyers, age 46 of Hamilton, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Fort Hamilton Hospital. He was born on April 3, 1969 in Hamilton, the son of George E. and Martha M. (Hundley) Sawyers. Matt is survived by his father, George E. Sawyers; children, Mandalyn Adams, Skylar Sawyers and Sheela Sawyers; grandchildren, Allen Michael “A.J.” Adams, Jr., Emmalia Kaielynn Lee, Braelyn James Lee and Emberli Nicole Lee; siblings, Frank (Kim) Sawyers, Dawn (Jeff) Ruhl, Thomas (Dorthey) Sawyers and Quintin (Gwen) Sawyers; and special friend, Amy Myers. He was preceded in death by his mother, Martha M. Sawyers. A Memorial Service will be held at 3pm on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Millikin Woods Park, N. Washington Boulevard, Hamilton.
