Darla Jean Strong (Hopkins), age 72, of West Alexandria, Ohio, went home October 18, 2014. She is survived by her children Sharon Tye (Larry), Karen McQuire (David), Twyla Brewer (Ted), Jewel Vice (Harley), Jeanette Barger (Scott), Tari Smith (Jim) and James Strong (Linda).

Preceded in death by her loving husband James Strong and son Lonnie Strong, parents Ernie and Eula May Hopkins, brothers Dallas and Danny Hopkins.

She leaves her loving family of 13 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, three brothers, Gary Hopkins (Linda), Ted Hopkins (Pam), Sam Hopkins (Belva) and her sisters in law Kimmie Hopkins (Dallas) and Dolly Hopkins (Danny).

Her church Carlisle First Church of God and her Pastor Jim Profitt and his wife Shirley and many friends and family.

We will greatly miss her. Thank you God for the time we had; til we meet again.
