age 57, of Hamilton, died on Sunday, June 24, 2012, at Hospice of Hamilton. Darryl was the son of the late Ernst and Ruth Annabel (Purvis) Bobbitt. He attended Liberty Fairfield Center. Darryl is survived by his brothers, Robert “Bob”, Paul Neil, Charles E. “Butch”, Dennis and Ernst Keith Bobbitt, Richard Burns; and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Frank L. and Alvin B. Bobbitt, and four nephews, Raymond, Alvin Jr., Jake Bobbitt and Timothy Hargett. Funeral services will be held at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, Ross Avenue at South “D” Street, Hamilton, at 1pm on Thursday, June 28, 2012, with Brother Verlon Webb of Central Baptist Church in Lindenwald officiating. Interment will follow at Millville Cemetery. Family and friends will be received prior to the service on Thursday from 11am-1pm at the funeral home.
