David Raymond McNabb, age 79, of Hamilton, left this world Friday, November 2, 2012 at Hospice of Hamilton, to be with his family and loved ones who have went on before him. He was born in Butler County on July 13, 1933 the son of the late Harrison and Ora (Wright) McNabb. On June 15, 1957 in Richmond, Indiana David married Imogene Wyatt. He served in the Navy during the Korean War from 1951 to 1956. David was employed at Armco Steel for 30 years. David loved the outdoors, whether it be working in the yard, mowing grass, or just sitting on the deck watching the birds. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Imogene McNabb; his children, Raymond Dean (Jill Lovely) McNabb, Penny Dawn (Jimmy) Cox and Missy (Jake) Davis; grandchildren, Jason (Carrie) McNabb, Justin (fiancée Beth King) McNabb, Lacy (JR) Huber, Nichole (William) Rosenbalm, Jamie Sue Cox, Stephane Lee Browning and Levi Dalton Thunder Browning; 15 great-grandchildren; brothers, Boyd (Linda) McNabb and Kenneth (Shirley) McNabb; special brothers-in-law, Murphy Edwards and Tim Wyatt; and many, many more family and friends that he so loved. David was preceded in death by his parents; a grandson; John David Marion Cox; brothers, Luther McNabb and Donald McNabb; and an infant sister. Funeral services will be held at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, 240 Ross Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio 45013 on Tuesday, Nov.6th at 1:00 PM with Pastor Ron Bicknell of Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 12 noon to 1:00 PM. David’s family extends a heartfelt thank you to the staffs of Hospice of Hamilton and Westover Retirement Center.
