David Ozro Romer was born on December 30, 1952, in Hamilton, Ohio, to Marion K. (nee Beckman) and Ervin H. Romer, Sr. He was a cherished brother to Ronnie (the late Lois) Romer, Jacqueline (the late Harold) Peart, Kenny (the late Vera) Romer, and Mike Romer.
David was a devoted uncle to Kevin (Debbie), Kelly (Craig), Jimmy (Renee), Bill (Sherri), Glenn (Erika), Michelle, Fredrick Jr., Holly (Mark), Bill (Tabatha), Kenny Dean (Melissa), and Randy (Paula).
He was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings Marilyn (the late Jim), Phyllis (the late Freddy), and Ervin; as well as his nieces and nephews Melody (Dave), Michael Gran, and Gene Andrew.
David dedicated his career to Kroger, where he worked for many years before retiring. He had a deep love for animals, especially his cats, who brought him great joy.
