Don lived his life with intensity. If you knew him, you always knew where the two of you stood. He was passionate about many things in his life; perhaps most importantly, being a grandpa. Grampus loved his grandsons and treasured their time together. Grampus was born Donald Benjamin Reece in the Armandale neighborhood of Hamilton on January 25, 1953 to John Reece and Norma (MacKinnon). He met his wife Reggie (Jackson) when they were just nine years old but they did not marry until 1980 in New Hampshire. They had two children, Heather and Benjamin. Don is survived by his daughter, Heather Reece, her husband Phil Sauer, and his beloved grandsons, Marlon and Wolfie. Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
