Age 86, of Hamilton passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Wednesday, Feb 11, 2015. She was born in Butler County on July 20, 1928, the daughter of Bert and Dora E. (Mynk) Locker. Dorothy graduated from Hamilton High School in 1947. She retired from Mosler Safe after 20 years employment. Dorothy was the former owner operator of a grocery business. She was a member of Millville Ave. Church of God. She is survived by her two children, Donna M. Jones and Dallas G. (Tammy) Winkler Jr.; two grandchildren, Dallas Winkler III and Jacob Jones; one great-grandchild, Liam Winkler; and her brother, James W. (Virginia) Locker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Dallas Winkler, Walter Hoelle, and Clyde Rogers; a granddaughter, Kelly Lynn Camargo, and brothers, Edward Locker and Bert Locker Jr. Visitation will be held at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, 240 Ross Ave., on Saturday, Feb. 14th from 10:00 AM till time of funeral service at 11:00 AM with Pastor Joe Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Assn. or the Arthritis Foundation.
