Douglas Forrester

Douglas Forrester, a child of God, went home to be with his Lord on November 16, 2018. He was born to the late Mitt and Lillian Forrester on May 30, 1928. Doug is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Jean Forrester; children Pat Gleason and Dave (Mary Ann) Forrester; step-children Stan (D’Nel) Calihan, Carey (Carrie Mae) Calihan, Jackie (Jim) Vaughn, Amy Byrd, Jennis (Tim) Calihan, Jodie (Casey) Calihan; 20+ grandchildren and 20+ great grandchildren; siblings Mildred (Bill) Kolb, Arnold “Oz” (Linda) Forrester, Ed (Phyllis) Forrester and Glenna (Don) Mann. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister Vera Alcott and brother Clyde “Buck” Forrester. A visitation will be held at Rose Hill Funeral Home on Saturday, November 24, 2018 from 5:30pm-7:30pm with a funeral service to follow at 7:30pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Faith Pentecostal Church 719 Kenworth Ave, Hamilton, Ohio 45013 or Hospice of Hamilton 1010 Eaton Ave, Hamilton, Ohio 45013.
