TOPMILLER, Dr. Donald A. Beloved husband of JoAnn (nee Ranke) for 62 years. Devoted father of Steven (Beth) and Gregory (Dr. Margorie Gwynn). Loving grandfather of Grantland, Alexander, Andrew, and Eric. Caring brother of Marilyn (Jerry) Furginson. Died Sun. July 22nd. Age 81. Dr. Topmiller received his academic degrees from Miami University, Lehigh University, and Phd from the Ohio State University. Proudly served in the U.S. Army for two years. He spent over 30 years working as a research psychologist at the Aero-Medical Research Laboratories at Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. Dr. Topmiller had a passionate interest in the flying of small air craft. He particularly enjoyed flying his Piper Warrior. He was a founding member of the Young Eagles Organization at Greene County Airport. He loved traveling with his beautiful wife to the western U.S., Hawaii, and Australia.
