Edward Ray Corbett

Edward Ray Corbett, born on November 10, 1939, in Carlisle Pennsylvania, a longtime resident of Douglasville, Georgia, was sent to his eternal home on August 9, 2025. He passed away in Cincinnati, Ohio, in the home of his daughter Bethie & son in law David Adams, surrounded by love with both of them by his side. Ed, as he was known, is survived by his 2 daughters, Felica Corbett, Elizabeth "Bethie" Cobett-Adams and his son, Edward Corbett. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, Cruz Corbett, Merritt Corbett, Ada Adams, Nicholas Scorese, Summer Corbett and Jule Corbett, as well as 2 great grandchildren, Aidan Corbett and Lilli Murray. He is preceded in death by his Father, Ray T. Corbett, his mother, Ann V. Corbett, his brother, Alfred T. Corbett and his wonderful grandson Vincent G. Scorese. While his time on earth may have been met with trials and struggles, he will be remembered lovingly by his family and we rejoice in knowing he was welcomed home by a loving Heavenly Father.
